Dewbreak
Dewbreak is a small town primarly consisting of Halflings. While you might occasionally see merchants, or other types of travelers come through that are not halflings, the town itself is a halfling settlement.
Dewbreak was founded one hundred and fifty years ago by several halfling families that had traveled to the Eithur region from some other far off place. They spoke of disaster and persecution having happened in the land which they came from, but would never go into any detail. Whatever drove them out of their homeland is lost to the past now.
