An admiral is a member of the military in charge of a skyfleet.
Qualifications
High officer training, officer training, piloting training, naval warfare training.
Requirements
Long skyfleet servicetime. Connections within the councils. A superb tactical mind.
Appointment
Election through the 5 councils and appointment by the 5 generals. Alternatively, when the previous admiral dies, one can temporarily be admiral by seniority.
Duties
Guide the fleet in pursuit of their assigned role.
Grounds for Removal/Dismissal
Catastrophic failure to fulfill one's duty.
