Enormous (bigger than the ice mountain) elemental in the shape of a dragon. He's the embodiment of the fury of a storm.
He has an altar at the top of the treacherous to climb mountain.
He was amused by Stormy Smoking Mountain's name and helped heal Thoradin son of Thorlum's blindness in exchange for Stormy's bow. As a gift for her trust in him, the Storm King left her a more powerful bow.
