Voruthaal, Sovereign of Bones

In the shadowed corners of Ar'Keth, where the veil between life and death grows thin, there resides a deity whose very existence embodies the essence of death itself - Voruthaal, Sovereign of Bones. He is the god of necromancy, the lord of the undead, and the keeper of the secrets of lichdom. Voruthaal's form is both ghastly and awe-inspiring. His skeletal visage is crowned with an ornate skull-shaped diadem, adorned with gemstones that gleam with an otherworldly, crimson light. What truly sets him apart is his three-headed skull, each cranium representing an aspect of his dominion.   The Skull of Necromancy: This central skull, larger than the others, embodies the concept of necromancy. Its empty eye sockets radiate an eerie, malevolent glow, casting an unsettling aura around Voruthaal. A spectral mist often billows from its eye sockets, representing the manipulation of life forces and the control over death.   The Skull of Undeath: Positioned to the left, this skull represents undeath. It has hollow, glowing eyes that exude a haunting blue luminescence. From its maw, a shadowy, ethereal essence flows, symbolizing the power Voruthaal grants to his undead minions.   The Skull of Lichdom: On the right side of Voruthaal's tri-headed skull, this skull signifies lichdom, the ultimate mastery of unlife. Its eyes flicker with an unnatural greenish light, symbolizing the knowledge and power to achieve undeath while retaining one's intellect. It emanates a spectral mist, signifying the transition from mortal to immortal through lichdom.   These three skulls, in their collective unity, embody the eternal cycle of existence and the control Voruthaal wields over it.   oruthaal, Sovereign of Bones and Lord of Lichdom, remains an enigmatic and unsettling presence in the pantheon of Ar'Keth, embodying the ever-present mysteries of necromancy, undeath, and the ultimate mastery of unlife through lichdom. To invoke his name is to tread upon a treacherous path, for his power is great, and his favor often comes at a cost too dear for most to bear.
