Tri'aa: The Continent of Eternal Strife

Tri'aa is a land shrouded in perpetual darkness, where the echoes of agony and the cries of battle have become the very heartbeat of the continent. This forsaken realm is locked in an eternal and relentless three-front war, a conflict that spans across the ages. Its warring factions are the devils of Pheros, the dark lord of hell; the demons of Malkevor, the Harbinger of Pain; and the undead legions of Voruthaal, Sovereign of Bones. Each faction seeks dominance over Tri'aa, and their ceaseless conflict has molded the land into a nightmarish realm of despair and suffering.   In the North-western reaches of Tri'aa, the devils of Pheros have established their infernal strongholds. Towering citadels of obsidian and flame loom over the desolate landscapes. These diabolical forces are relentless in their pursuit of conquest, driven by their dark lord's insatiable hunger for power and control. Fiery chasms, cursed rivers, and vast plains of brimstone dominate the western front, where the devils employ infernal war machines and legions of enslaved souls to wage their war.   To the east, the demon hordes of Malkevor, the Harbinger of Pain, have plunged Tri'aa into nightmarish chaos. Twisted forests of writhing thorns, jagged mountains of shadow, and ever-shifting abyssal rifts form the battlegrounds where the demons roam. Malkevor's sadistic nature is reflected in the relentless torment they inflict upon the land and its inhabitants. The skies are eternally overcast, and the air is laden with the stench of suffering.   In the South of Tri'aa, the undead legions of Voruthaal, Sovereign of Bones, have claimed dominion over sprawling necropolises and haunted ruins. The very ground is tainted with the essence of undeath, and skeletal sentinels patrol the lifeless expanses. Voruthaal's influence extends to the very fabric of reality, twisting the land and skies into an eerie fusion of the living and the dead. His followers, fanatically loyal, seek to extend HIsdominion over the entire continent.   Despite the unending carnage, a fragile balance exists among the warring factions. Each seeks to annihilate the others, yet none have achieved outright victory. The eternal war has become a nightmarish cycle, a self-sustaining apocalypse that defies reason and hope.   Caught in the crossfire are the inhabitants of Tri'aa, who eke out miserable existences in the shadow of the warring factions. They are often conscripted as pawns in the ceaseless battles or live in isolated settlements, struggling to survive amidst the chaos. Few places offer respite from the unrelenting strife, and hope has become a distant memory for many.   Tri'aa, the Land of Eternal Strife, remains a testament to the enduring nature of conflict and the horrors that arise from unchecked power and ambition. Its scarred and tormented landscape stands as a grim reminder of the consequences of unchecked malevolence and the enduring resilience of those trapped within its dark embrace.
