A Medium-sized fishing village bordering Cheria, A garrison is maintained at Lugpoint due to the proximity to both the Alaeon kingdom just across the water and Cheria to the North. many strange fish are found and pass threw this town, seemingly coming downstream for Cheria, considered a forbidden zone, however some brave of stupid fishermen risk the northern waters in search of greater catch, and those that don't fall prey to the natives, or the strange denizens of the lands, choose often not to return, only a brave or mad few ventures regularly.   Many Dynasty folk who visit this town find themselves very uncomfortable in Lugpoint, there is an air about the town that is generally off-putting whether it is its proximity to Cheria or some unknown influence.
