Dalgran hosts a combined Gnomish and Dwarvish population, a hub of invention and production for the Dwarvish clans, Gnomish designed steamships to provide the Dwarvish navy and trade great advantages.
Dalgran falls under the rulership of the Kul Thoram, but operates with a level of autonomy a unique gnomish designed system aids in trade and transport between the Kul Thoram and Dalgran, utilizing a river flowing through and down the mountainous home to the Kul Thoram, a system of support beams with rope and pulley systems stretching the length of the river and powered by gnomish steam tech all but automating a system of trade.
