Flying Fox
Flying Foxes are an ethnicity or subspecies; they are a larger type of batfolk; they are much larger but are also only frugivores. Most flying foxes live in tropical or sub-tropical areas and roost in the tallest trees, far away from the dangerous ground predators.
They usually live in the upper canopy, far above the forest floor. Using their capability of flight to stay away from the predators. Flying foxes have a slow, laid-back lifestyle; they don't have to chase their food. Are pacifists, individuals will often lead attackers away rather than fly back to the home tree.
