Bos Torvox

Meet Torvox, a young adult male Auroch bull descended from the god Bel Mithra, standing tall and proud. He's larger than an average bull, strong, tenacious, powerful, even of theAuroch. Torvox boasts a massive, muscular frame with a deep chestnut coat, rugged and wild from his descent from the mountains and high forest steppes. His broad shoulders and powerful limbs ripple with strength, honed through rigorous training to face bull dancers in the arena. His curved, formidable horns gleam with a natural sheen, a testament to his divine lineage.   Intelligent as a human, Torvox combines brute force with strategic cunning, mastering the art of launching dancers into their acrobatic leaps with precision during his training. His athletic prowess shines in the arena, where he engages in a dynamic blend of bullfighting, acrobatics, and wrestling. With a spirited yet noble demeanor, Torvox embodies the untamed spirit of the wild, his dark eyes reflecting both ferocity and wisdom as he commands respect in every charge.   Many bulls in the arenas of the bull dancing temples are descended from the Aurochs, but most are also bred for this purpose. Some wild bulls that want to prove themselves come down from the mountains to be trained for battle.    These wild bulls are closer to Mithra than the average bull. They are cunning and have a sense of flair that is needed in the arena. The most important thing is their free will. These matches aren't always to the death, but usually, they are for the sport and pageantry.    Both teams are treated as equals, of course, most of the Aurochs are descended from Mithra's children, and in the later generations, their intelligence has waned, and they have become smaller. They are still smarter than most cattle, but not the average human.   Many of the moves are choreographed, but when the moves are used are up to the participant. These "battles" are much more interesting when the participants are evenly matched, such as with an intelligent wild auroch instead of with a domesticated, less intelligent one.   Everything is different when the event falls on a holy day. These battles can be fought to first blood, last one standing, or even to the death.
