Sir Albert Xavier Balin (a.k.a. Ali)
Albert is a half-elf, his mother is Elven and his father is Atlan. They met not long after the Chaos Wars. They are both high-born, but not noble. Both helped during the reconstruction, one a doctor, the other a merchant prince.
Physical Description
He is in amazingly good shape for how decadent lifestyle that he lives. He loves to swim, climb, and is a gymnast.
He is tall, with a slim, wiry build.
He has a slim, angular face, slightly different from an elf because of his half-elf father.
A starburst tattoo on the left, upper arm. It is a black right, with a bronze starburst radiating from it and a metallic blue center.
His most current lover is the most important thing to him (at the time). He is constantly craving romance and passion.
Albert like constantly changing his apparel and accessories. When around the water he wears little but his swimming trunks, or lounges around in a silk robe. He often just wears slacks and a tunic.
Mental characteristics
He was born at sea while his parents were traveling to help those in need. Their ship's name was UNS Star of the West, it was a refitted cargo ship of his father’s, Vicente Alenquer. His mother's name was Nicola Starborn.
As he grew though, he was befriended by other socialites and drawn into their party life. He was fostered by an uncle whose ideas were very different from his parents and he decided he liked having friends so let peer pressure carry him along. When he left he took his uncles' last name.
So he commissioned his ship and set sail on a pleasure cruise, for years on end. Oddly wherever they go, jewels, works of art, and money just disappear.
His parents were very busy early in his life, but he basked in their love and they doted on him. He was mostly raised by his nursemaid Gaila and taught by various tutors to make sure his education wasn’t lacking. He grew up entitled, but not spoiled. Never knowing the lack of anything, he was taught always to help those in need and to treat all equally. Mentor--your character has been trained in a wide range of skills gaining them as an extra 3 skill points at creation.
He's never had to work a job for himself, his underlings did that for him. The closest thing to a job that he ever did was to help his parents with his relief work.

He is lazy, selfish, and self-absorbed. He prefers to party and has fetes.
He only kills to preserve life.
Personality Characteristics
To live his own life how he chooses, and to enjoy it.
He is an excellent cat burglar, along only his inner cry knows about it. When not in one of his personas, he is shy and nervous.
He dislikes bugs, shellfish don't count.
He is very protective of his friends, and keeps his word when given.
Is lazy, and likes to party.
