Swabbie on the ship. He's a Kenku, and like how Kenku are supposed to be played in the rules, he's only capable of repeating sounds he has heard before. This makes his communication skills not great and so he was mistreated by a lot of the higher ups. He survived the assault and probably stole a dinghy to get away because fuck 98% of that crew
