Captain Tobe Namedlater was the captain of the Duchess of Sicilia. He was notoriously short-tempered and even prone to violent outbursts if pushed over the edge. However, he could also be generous, and the high payouts he received for the shipment jobs often meant handsome pay for his crew. As a result, even career sailors who knew of his reputation would often put up with him in the hopes of a high payout.
Captain Namedlater's career came to an end however when, one night, he lashed out at one of his crew, Debauchery, and took out one of their eyes. This sparked a bloody mutiny that turned crew mate against crew mate. Most fled, and many died, including Captain Namedlater. As the saying goes, however, a good captain goes down with the ship.
