Blue-Scale Dragonborn

Blue-Scale Dragonborns, as the name implies, are dragonborns with blue scales. They share their ancestors' lightning breath weapon and are resistant to lightning and other electric damage.
  Blue-Scale Dragonborns, like their ancestors, prefer secluded environments like deserts, where they can sculpt their homes with their magnificent breath. However, they also feel right at home in the Sea of Storms, where the frequent cracks of lightning etch the sky. Bellow Bay has a large Blue-Scale population. Their most notable settlement, however, is Zujaj in Solitudinem, a city made almost entirely of glass.
