Vagabonds
"Disgusting! Who invited the vagabonds here? They're a detriment to our society and deserved to be put down."

The Vagabonds aren't any particular clan of Kindred, but are a Kindred that doesn't believe in the monarchy system of the Camarilla. Their roots trace back to the revolution of the between the Camarilla and the Sabbat. The Vagabonds found some of the Sabbat's points to be sound, but also held issues with some of the Sabbat's beliefs.
Shared customary codes and values
With the Convention of Thorns being signed there was now peace between some of the factions. This treaty solidified the monarchies current traditions. This act though appreciated by the Vagabonds was abhorrent and started to establish closer ties with the Anarch. The Anarch's and the Vagabonds wanted to dismantle the privileged status, but the Anarch's wanted to continue to the monarchy when they took the Elders out of power. The Vagabonds desired a more democratic and parliament style of governance of the Masquerade.
The Vagabonds started to sever ties with the Anarch's after they couldn't come to an agreement on how to deal with the Camarilla's choke hold on power and influence. The Vagabonds started to conduct political manipulation of their courts utilizing little known traditions and ancient laws to get the results they desired. The Vagabonds are seen as a more tolerable version of the Anarch due their strict adherence to the laws and traditions of the court.
The Vagabonds are bound to support each other in their political bids for change or power. Each one seeks to make the court more fair for other Kindred. Though they have not gotten close to their goal, they still attempt everyday in hopes to make a more unified and just Masquerade.
