"The Sunburst Bullet is the standard issued bullet for high level assets and for elite operatives. Production can make it difficult to support all the required operations, but we have currently found a way to make it work though we may run into some issues soon. That's if we don't end up supporting the Los Angeles."

Utility
A sunburst bullet has changed the landscape of Hunters with access to this ammunition. Normally Kindred would have to be killed with either fire, cutting off the head, or some other difficult way that was unwieldy at best. With the utilization of the sunburst bullets a single Hunter could safely take on a Kindred with an easily portable way to eliminate the Kindred. Though the sunburst bullet is supplied sparsely it has been effective in its use.
Social Impact
The Kindred have been more cautious regarding their hunts in territories where S.P.I.K.E. has a major foothold in. The Kindred have attempted to get their hands on the technology, but haven't been successful in any of their attempts.
In Hunter society the rumor of the sunburst bullet has caused some speculation of if the Reckoning is about to take a turn for the better.
Dr. Hill
The technology is only available to members and affiliates of the Supernatural and Paranormal Investigator and Killing Experts (S.P.I.K.E) organization.
The technology is very complex when it comes to manufacturing. It requires multiple complex and precise pieces of machinery to manufacture the sunburst bullets.
