General Khalzag Varteth
General Khalzas Varteth is the most respected leader in the Guardian Corps and a member of the Sentinel Council. Headstrong and ambitious, Khalzas has paid close attention to the blight consuming the bottom of the Merchant Sea and has frequently warned of its potency and danger. Now that it has arrived in Reef itself, alongside the threat of the behemoth, Khalzas has grown increasingly concerned about Olyna’s approach to leadership. He views her as a failed Sentinel and has tried to force a vote to remove her multiple times - only to be rejected by the other members of the Council.

Khalzas has striped red and white skin, like that of a lionfish, with long poisonous tendrils growing out of his back. He is young for a General and rarely wears armor, as he believes it restricts his motion. He is known for his speed and fury in combat.
