Recurring Theme, Lore, or Symbolism
Beneath Gwyfned City, hidden from daylight and prying eyes by the Gwyfned’s extensive catacombs, lies the Underchurch. This is a non-orthodox sect of the greater Church, but it practices a sort of beneficent necromancy, cult of the dead, fetish variant of the Faith. The Underchurch’s secret clergymen are all standard clerics from the visible, above-ground church. For more information about this sect, refer to “Heresy.”
Local Creatures
There are many local creatures here. For example, in Gwyfned City, there are vampires, as well as elder vampires, vampire familiars, and mannequins. See "Bestiary" for descriptions.
High in the mountains themselves, ghost winds and roving families of troglodytes are found.
On desolate mountainsides, there live lone mondigs, or packs of cynocephalus (both civilized and feral)
