Mirage Wyvern

A species of dragon that is a descendant of the Moon Amphitheres. In the early stages of Dragon Evolution, a pair of Moon Amphitheres lost one of their eggs in the River Isadora during a new moon. When they reclaimed the egg, it shone with a beautiful glow. The egg hatched and the dragon that emerged was completely different from its siblings. It had two legs like a wyvern, iridescent scales and a different kind of magic. The Moon Amphitheres quickly realised that this hatchling was something special. They quickly decided, since they were the guardians of the River Isadora, he too should be a guardian. They raised and trained him to become the guardian of the Oasis Grotto, a special sanctuary created by the Moon Amphitheres in the Parched Throat Desert. When the first Mirage Dragon died, the Moon Amphitheres chose an egg that would be put in the river at new moon to hatch a new Mirage Dragon.
