Nebre is the capital of Sepca and is commonly referred to as the city of the dead and for good reason. In Nebre it is seen as a great honor to become undead for you
serve the next generation in death so they may have a better life. if you were a farmer your corpse will be mummified then reanimated as a farmhand. if you were an adviser your spirit would be bound to the council chambers so you may advise the next generation. you were a monarch you will become a lich and kept in a sarcophagus until you are asked to advise the current monarch. the city itself is a maze of marketplaces and plazas interwoven with houses and gardens all surrounding the central oasis.
