Graywallow

Graywallow is the capital of Etrait. Is a gargantuan city that spans over 500 square miles. Its smog-choked air has long since destroyed the local wildlife all that remains is petrified trees and scorched earth. the ever-expanding city of invitation creates wonders never thought possible to the rest of the world of a whim. vehicles run on alchemical engines, airships, running water, advanced firearms, elevators, the list seemingly goes on forever.
 
Rulership
Graywallow is ruled by a council of twelve merchant lords, their goals are almost exclusively to amass as much personal wealth as possible and gain the upper hand against their fellow lords. Coin is the only true ruler in Graywallow.

 
Districts
The city of Graywallow has 9 districts each one growing more decadent and you ascend.
The top and ninth layer is the brass district it is built on the roofs of the layer below it so at all times they may look down in the canyon of buildings on thoses of less wealth than them. the brass district is home to the council chamber, a grand cathedral to Lilith, high end taverns, The Velvet Bank, and the residence of the high class nobles.
The 8th layer is the bronze district and thee only other district in which you can see the sky. this is the district most visitors of the city go to and is sort of a upper middle class area. It houses the bronze crown casino, higher end local business, tourist traps, and upper middle class residence.
The 7th layer is the granite district it is home to most of the military housing as well as a firing range, several taverns, and the police station.
The 6th layer is the quartzite district
Origins
A player from Graywallow may choose from the following origins:

Street Rat
You gain proficiency with pistols. and start with a pistol as well as 10 bullets. In addition you gain a plus 2 bonus to sleight of hand checks.
 
Brimstone District Bruiser
You gain proficiency with dagger pistols and you gain a plus 4 bonus to intimidation checks and gain proficiency with intimidation if you don't already have it.
