Divine-built usual refers to buildings built during the second era using the powerful Majic of the Divine Beings. The techniques and ability to create buildings of their size, complexity, and beauty are largely forgotten or unavailable. Only powerful wizards or elemental recali have been known to imitate the scale and precision of construction, usually at the cost of elegance and complexity.
