A Note On Language Groups

Languages are divided into groups, mostly by race. People who know different languages within a group may understand each other, however it will be will a notable difference in accent, phrasing, and a few more modern or localized words. The only exception to this rule is "Exotic", as the languages in this category are either spoken locally in one relatively small location or are dead languages, with no native speakers. Learning another language within your group is much easier than outside of it.
