The Skathe
The Skathe are the largest criminal organization originating out of Fleissland. Because of its rich culture of hospitality, The Skathe are primarily focused on a brand of hospitality-based corporate espionage. The theft of secret recipes or ingredients, extortion, intimidation of hired entertainers, sabotaging of kitchens, breweries, and storehouses, poisoning of foodstuffs, spreading rumors about the poor quality of competitors, and other related crimes are the purview of The Skathe. It is well understood in Fleissland that The Skathe have no allegiance to any particular house, and in order to be considered reliable, The Skathe never gives up its secrets regarding who hired them for a particular job. Unfortunately for them, this means that they also have very little luck being hired as muscle for protection, as there's no way any one house would entrust their security to the very guild of thieves that will likely be attempting to steal from them.
Being handy at breaking and entering, burglary, and espionage, agents of The Skathe are often sought out by other organizations for their particular talents.
