The Shadow Gods
Dark gods of the planes of shadow and evil, they seek always to finger their way into the goings-on of the material world. Living in the planes of shadow and evil, the only way large numbers of creatures can travel to the material plane is through expensive but brief magic rituals or through very expensive but long-lasting magic-imbued structures. Through the work of Ilsilum they have found a means of long-term passage to the material plane.
