Strange Aeons / The Rushton Terror pt. 24 / Eire the 12th, 3592 CE / 3-16-21

The party continues to fight through the forces of Orchid Hill. Trakir risks an attack by the Hound of Tindalos to destroy the idol of the Black Goat of the Woods which he discovered among the assembled knick-knacks in the main hall. As cultists of Hastur fall before the party's attacks, the Hound of Tindalos escapes onto the grounds, pursuing fleeing cannibal guards. Desh continues to harry the cannibals with kinetic projectiles as they retreat to the upper story of the cookhouse, while Scout pursues another cannibal to the guardhouse. Gleorn, not wishing a creature as dangerous as the Hound of Tindalos to roam free, engages it in battle outside the main house's dining room. Meanwhile, Sigvald has discovered a new threat in the second story sitting room, an otherworldly creature which infects him with madness even as Desh hurriedly closes the door on it.
