Strafferg
Independent city-state on the northern border of Corwyn at the foot of the Ironreach Mountains. Because of its fierce independence and highly defensible location, Strafferg has remained uniquely insulated from Corwyn’s bloody civil wars for the past 200 years.
Industry & Trade
The fortified city of Strafferg is capable of producing flour, dried biscuits, noodles, and other provisions in abundance for long periods of siege, or travel. They have large mills powered by glacial meltwater from high in the Ironreach Mountains. The substantial dwarven population of the city state has made use of the abundant grain trade and hops from Greenwood Forest to produce some of the continent's finest ales and lagers. They do on occasion trade in stone works, such as mill stones, to their southern neighbors. Their deep cellars also allow for the aging and trade of fine cheeses.
