Until recently, Professor Owlscar suffered from disassociative episodes as a result of inadvertently mind-linking with a deh-nolo servant of the Deep Dominion. Though his lack of control ended with the destruction of the deh-nolo at the hands of Gray Vengeance, Owlscar still suffers a high degree of paranoia over the Deep Dominion controlling him or his thoughts. He also feels deep guilt over the death of his students at the hands of the Deep Dominions minions during the sacking of Somberfell Hall.
