The second largest of the two major Baalite cities, located on the western edge of the Sighing Plains near the Ikon River.

Belshazzar, in the center of the Baalite lands, crafts implements of faith and conquest. They are said to produce some of the finest sculpture and chariots. Their bows are also very durable in the dry open plains.
