Aleria Campaign / Doomsday Dawn / The Heroes of Underhill pt. 2 / 3589 CE / 4-23-19

The demons attack the Gatekeepers stationed to defend Gray Vengeance while they search for the White Axiom in the caverns underneath the temple of Underhill. The first wave was a cadre of kalavakus demons that the Gatekeepers handily dispatched. Then Brackenridge Slowhill, agent of the Eon Eye and Gray Vengeance's guide, arrives to warn the party of more approaching demons. Unfortunately, Brack turns out to be a glabrezu demon in disguise, backed up by two hezrou demons. The glabrezu demon creates a reverse gravity field that throws Gwenda, Herman, and Garrus to the ceiling. Garrus manages to escape the reverse gravity field, slamming into a hezrou demon that Herman then dispatches with a disintegration ray. Now the Gatekeepers must attempt to survive a combat with the remaining two demons, still not knowing what threat will present itself next.
