Madmen Company

The Madmen Company was a force to be reckoned with. They traveled the land, mercenaries for hire, feared and respected by all who had the misfortune to cross their path. And yet, there was something captivating about them, something that drew the eye and the imagination.   Their leader, The Violinist, was a towering figure of a man. Muscles rippled beneath his skin, and his eyes were as sharp as the sword he wielded with deadly accuracy. He had been raised by the company, a group of outcasts who had banded together for survival. They had taught him how to fight, how to survive, and how to lead. And he had done all three with skill and ferocity that left no doubt in anyone's mind that he was the best of the best.   But it wasn't just him who drew people to the Madmen Company. There was a camaraderie among the members that was both fierce and tender. They were a family, bound by blood and battle, and their loyalty to each other was unbreakable. And yet, they welcomed new members with open arms, willing to take on anyone who was willing to fight and die for the company.   Their battles were unlike any other. They wore no armor, preferring the freedom of movement that came with leather and cloth. They fought with an agility and ferocity that was both breathtaking and terrifying. They were wild, unpredictable, and always victorious. They would strike at night, like ghosts in the darkness, and then disappear again before their enemies even knew what had happened.   But for all their ferocity, there was a gentleness about them too. They were not just warriors, but poets and musicians, artists and philosophers. They appreciated the beauty in the world, even as they fought to protect it. They were not just killers, but thinkers, strategists, and diplomats. They could charm a king or a beggar with equal ease, and they always knew just what to say to make people see things their way.   And then there were their values. The Madmen Company was not just a group of hired swords. They had a code, a set of principles that they lived and died by. They believed in honor, justice, and the value of a life well-lived. They respected the weak and the innocent, and they despised bullies and tyrants. They were not just a band of mercenaries, but a force for good in the world, fighting against the darkness wherever it lurked.   But perhaps the most romanticized thing about the Madmen Company was the way they welcomed new members. When someone joined the company, they had to recite a sentence that sealed their belonging to the group. It was a powerful moment, one that bound them to the company and to their fellow members. And then, the leader of the company would mark the new member with the company's symbol, a burning brand that would leave a permanent reminder of their commitment to the cause. The brand was a locket that the leader of the company would wear around his neck.   The sentence was both simple and profound, a testament to the values and principles that the company held dear. It was a reminder of what they were fighting for and what they were willing to die for. And it was a declaration of their loyalty to each other and to the cause they all believed in.   The sentence was this: "I am a Madman, and I fight for honor, justice, and the greater good. We are a family, bound by blood and battle, forged in blood and strife, and united we shall endure until the final reckoning. With this dying gasp of my former self, behold the unstoppable force of my unyielding resolve."   As the company symbole was burned into their skin with the company's locked, they were forever bound to the family. The sentence was never spoken again until the moment of death, where it served as a reminder of the honor and principles that the Madmen Company stood for. In the end, it was this sense of loyalty, of brotherhood and sisterhood, that made the Madmen Company so captivating. They were not just warriors but a family, bound together by a shared sense of purpose and a commitment to each other.
