There are legends of hero's tossing a single pepper into the mouth of a dragon or some other monster, only to have them race to the closest water source, whimpering from the intense heat. Despite the stories Humans still seem intent to eat this pepper. In places where the pepper is grown, Dragon Ass Pepper eating contests are popular in festivals, though there is often a medic on stand by to help those who overestimated how hot the peppers really are.
