Mercado de los Ocho

"Sir! Sir! I have just the thing for pesky ghost on your back!" A lanky figure with crooked, gleaming teeth that it wore in a big smile presented a fancy bottle of blue glass. "Guaranteed to keep your familiar spirit compliant with regular use!" Another voice broke in from across the way. "Figs! Apricots! Soldier's Ears! Dried delectables for all occasions!"
The goblin market that happens in the Albaicin neighborhood appears for three days and nights each month, when the moon is dark. It takes place outside of the Hedge, in a liminal space, meaning that nonchangelings who are unaware of its true nature sometimes find their way inside. There are many entrances, all spilling out into some hidden, octagonal open-air square in the city, replete with old Moorish architecture of its past on all sides. Broad lanes for walking run higgeldy piggeldy between permanent stalls and empty allotments for tents and other temporary structures. Posted at each entrance to the market is a simple sign:
ALL SALES FINAL,
