Motivation
Faustino is very concerned with preserving his archbishop's reign and is actively working to convince Florian and the rest of his council of the importance of moving the seat of the court into Granada city proper instead of out in the country. Faustino wants to modernize and update their rural way of thinking to bring them up to date with the voracious pace of urban life for kindred.
Hygiene
He has a maid to keep an orderly house, but his personal appearance is often a bit disheveled, with a less than tidy beard and windblown hair. One gets the impression that he did not have the time to get a shave and a haircut in preparation for his embrace and he was chosen out of urgency.
