WorldEMBER 2025 Prep Article
Welcome in, Beans!
We've nearly made it around the sun again. And just like that, we're back to WorldEMBER and NovelEMBER.
We will begin with a life update.
I recently began working at Beall's as a seasonal sales associate during the holiday rush. Money sucks. Hours start at suck. Hopefully will get better. The journey has been long. Many bumps and slow progress (kinda like migrating on the Oregon Trail).
I also now carriage drive while still riding horses (two different equestrian centers). So far, I really enjoy it! I am busy but I love it. I hope all of you are doing well. If not, you are in my thoughts and prayers and I hope things get better.
This WorldEmber, I’ll be mainly focusing on Ancient Power's Codex: Your Inner Child Book Series World. I am starting December with all known pre-book articles before getting into things that first appear in Your Inner Child: Baxter as Guardian and Your Inner Child: Baxter as Father Christmas as per List of Spoiler Articles. It is not a list in stone at this time. It is changing based on where I put chapters.
Oliver Disney Walker's Encyclopedic Tomes of Ancient Power and its' System, on the other hand, has not been worked on for a long time. I will continue writing on this to get more words in if needed as words here will be easier than in Ancient Power's Codex: Your Inner Child Book Series World.
And since we all know how Au-DHD and crazy I am, maybe even both.
What I hope for is for whoever finds this to enjoy something and to think about the world we live in.
My area of focus AKA my scope for WorldEMBER is pre-known anything before the start of Your Inner Child: Baxter as Guardian. My scope also includes finishing buildings in the Valley and rooms in HQ and departments in GCP. My second scope, a sub-scope, is to start adding articles (that I don't have) which appear in Your Inner Child: Baxter as Guardian and Your Inner Child: Baxter as Father Christmas. This bit of worldbuilding is notsomuch for WorldEMBER but if I get to it, I get to it. Otherwise, my goal is to complete it in the first half of 2026 (by SummerCamp Homework PREP 2026).

*Exception is work commitment + travel/prep time and riding/driving lessons + travel/prep time
I plan to write 50K. I am planning to enter many of the special categories. There are a few I won't.

List of Things To Do
Consume Media (originally Read A Book)Always reading or watching and gathering inspiration. Most recent book was The Fairies of Titania: The Tree of Worlds that made me question if such most powerful trees exist (and their power) and if the creatures have issues we can relate to. I have many questions about fairy doors and powerful trees after reading this book. I have read several nonfiction books about writing, cryptids, and Santa Claus as well. Some are encyclopedic in nature, others just informational. I also like reading origin stories about Santa Claus and his helpers. The most recent of these was The Elf on the Shelf Santaverse: The Rise of Nicholas the Noble: A Magical Fantasy Christmas Tale about Santa’s Heroic Origins. It is definitely a different story than most Santa Origin Stories. But I enjoyed it, mostly the storyline and worldbuilding. But there was also a prophecy (normal in in these types of stories) which is always interesting. Not only do I learn things, I use reading to steal names and types of items and to recreate things in my world if I can. Sometimes I can't. Weather books are non-fiction or fiction, each book is used either for my research or generating ideas.Tidy Up Workspace
I like organized chaos because I can find stuff but I always tidy up trash and clean my bedroom (my current work area). However, organization comes hard because of a lack of movitation due to past trauma. Sometimes cleaning too. My digital workspace is also organized chaos. Right now, it is fine. Will be deleting things and closing internet tabs for WorldEMBER and NovelEMBER. I find tidying up sometimes hard due to lost of motivation.Going For Walks
I love walks. From April to September, walks outside are ill-advised. Many people use (or make) indoor tracks at this time. However, some use treadmills which also work. I will say it is not always easy to switch to outside walking when the weather changes. But from tomorrow on, I will walk around my apartment complex on our trail for at least an hour before daylight ends. Even with work until I go more. I have many playlists to use while writing. I use SPOTIFY and YT MUSIC. Also APPLE MUSIC - My Library (Not Apple MUSIC - Paid Subscription Service. I also use YouTube to listen to stories or informational videos.People of World
Humans are mortals. Therefore, they are subjected to the fullness of punishment of God as they ate from the tree God said not to eat from. The mystical species and gods are also people of the wider world.Adjectives of World
The size of my project is colossal. The color of my world is rainbow. The mood is feeling good. Begins melancholic and thankful but unsure. The story is happy as of Chapter 5. Themes are Community, Unity, Harmony, Fighting for What's Right, and Family. It has taken me a long time to complete because of SummerCamp and Au-DHD brain. So many ideas! So much to write! Small years in which to write! I am excited to see where my journey leads. I am happy I've made friends. Worldbuilding has been a joyful escape from the boring and painful thing we call "adulting" and "being an American (or Earthling) in this day and age" . I enjoy creating new things. I enjoy writing Fantasy because I can believe in "childish delusions" and what I write and that maybe I can, someday, change the world.
