Rudolph

Rudolph is a Christmas and Claus Flyer AKA Christmas Reindeer - Flyers that was born centuries ago. He is known as Santa's ninth reindeer who leads the sleigh on Christmas Eve. He possesses a red nose that illuminates (giving light like a candle) in front of him giving him the ability to see through all kinds of weather. He is the son Donner and Misty. His grandparents are not all known but Donner's father is Pocatello. There are no full reindeer trees going up but some reindeer do have grandparents and grandchildren known.   It is not known whether Rudolph was celebrated for having been born with a red nose or was teased for the red nose by the other reindeer. All that is known is that he eventually is recruited to help the Christmas Eve Run one year due to the big winter storm affecting the Arctic Circle and the countries of Canada, Russia, Iceland, and Denmark (Greenland). Some even say the whole Northern Hemisphere was affected by the gods of Winter and their storm.   After returning to the valley, he is given the medal all Flyers wear. This makes him the youngest and the only second generation reindeer on the team.  

Description of Rudolph

Rudolph is a brown-colored deer with white spots. What shade is not known. And only after proving himself, The Medal of Children is awarded to him. The Medal of Children is a reminder to all that this reindeer is a beacon of Goodwill, Love, Hope, Joy and Peace.  

Living Quarters of Rudolph

Rudolph was born and spent many years living in the Christmas and Claus Animal Residences. In the sub-section of Reindeer Residences and the further sub-sub-section of Sleigh Team Members and their families, he was born.

Rudolph's Languages

Rudolph speaks Mystic Tongue of Ancient Power and Christmastide English and English mainly. While he has the ability to speak all languages, he and the others love these three. Rudolph does not speak any language when Ancient Power leaves. He does speak when it returns.  

Health and Diet of Rudolph

Rudolph, like many reindeer, is a herbivore. He eats grasses and lichen as well as carrots, apples, and other foods that humans also eat. He exercises naturally so forced exercise is not necessary. But he is healthy. All reindeer have yearly health checks.  

Rudolph's Family

Starting at the top, Pocatello is Rudolph's grandfather on the paternal side. His parents are Donner and Misty. His wife is Clarice. His sons are Ridley and Leonard. The aunts and uncles are the other members of the team and their children are his cousins. The other reindeer are distant relatives.  

Powers of Rudolph

High-Level Physical Prowess: Reindeer and their physical abilities are unnaturally beyond that of Humans but not of mystical species in general. Reindeer are often physically superior over other beings in their universe because their capabilities are far beyond natural levels, making them immensely stronger, faster, and more durable than regular beings (in that verse) can achieve by seemingly any method of training.   Supernatural Dexterity: Reindeer, obviously, are more dexterous than other animals on Earth and have capabilities far beyond the natural level.   Magic Auras: Santa’s Reindeer have red and green auras like elves while other mystical species have golden yellow auras. The auras are used to identify them as part of the Christmastide Beings Family.   Nigh-Absolute Immortality: As members of Ancient Power, elves cannot die by any conventional means that would kill lower-level mystical beings.   Omnilingualism: “The Gift of Universal Translation” is to be able to speak, understand and communicate in any language, alien languages that have never been heard before, reading body language, and backwards speech with little or no training.   Environmental Adaptation: Reindeer are built to withstand cold temperatures such as those in Earth’s Artic Circle and Antarctica. They can survive in other environments but the tropics can take a toll on them as they have issues with heat.   The Gift of Invisibility: This gift makes the sleigh and reindeer invisible to Man. It was important on Christmas Eve and Pre-New High Age of Ancient Power. They still use this throughout the year.   Gift of Empathic Navigation: This gift looks into children’s hearts to see how they truly are. With other information gathered, this allows Santa to make his list. It is also used to let them know when a child needs some Christmas Cheer.   Gift of Magical Flight: Santa’s Reindeer can fly using the belief in Christmas Magic and/or Ancient Power. This belief is created by mortals and in use by the mystical world. Reindeer can fly specifically because of Christmas Spirit and Belief Manipulation and Empowerment/Christmas Eve Affinity – “Song of Christmas” - Noel Magi-Ergokinesis.
