Baxter as Prime Merlinean/Chosen One/Guardian of Belief

  Baxter Jevon Oran Baggs became The Chosen One/Guardian of Belief/Prime Merlinean/Great Healer of Humanity and Mysticalkind via a ceremony days before Litha (June 21, 1935). When he takes the oath, his magic awakens and while he thought he had Human Physiology it turns out it is actually Magical/Mystic Human Physiology.   As the oath confirms his status in the mystical world, it too makes him a member of the Guardians of Childhood. The newest member and last Guardian for now.  

Prime Merlinean/Chosen One/Guardian of Belief Responsiblities

While the Chosen One is a pivotal character often entrusted with the monumental task of saving the world or fulfilling an ancient prophecy, Baxter isn't sure about responsiblities typically asaociated with this role. For now, each Guardian has a specific responsibility to Humanity and Baxter has a minor role compared to the others. He is still responsible for the protection of Humankind.  

Guardian of Belief and Prime Merlinean

As the Guardian of Belief in Ancient Power, Baxter must protect the ideals of the Light and serve as a beacon of Hope and Love. He must inspire and encourage people to believe in the possibility of a better future. He must safeguard the safety and security of Ancient Power while also spreading the message of a better day on Earth.   Baxter must also preform the Annual Ceremony of Litha.   Personally, Baxter must control and master his powers to harness and control the mystical forces. That way, he can take a stand against the Darkness or The Dark Magic's Spirit as he is now on the primary line of defense.   His Belief in Ancient Power and its’ Spirits must be strong so to call The Spirit of Ancient Power in times of need and during a powerful cermony like Litha - Return Ancient Power Edition.   Baxter too must be a keeper of secrets since other humans are not supposed to know. Although he eventually got permission to tell his friends in Clermont Ridge as the world's governments and royal families already know.   Additionally, all fourteen must make critical decisions that could alter the fate of Earth.

Great Healer of Humanity and Mysticalkind

Baxter, the Great Healer, must heal the Earth and Litha - Return Ancient Power Edition to heal not only the world but also Humanity. This helps to promote Harmony and Unity, ensuring that both Humanity and Mysticalkind coexist peacefully with mutuakl respect nd understanding, and also to mend the relationship between both worlds.   As th only advocate for Humans, Baxter must be their voice and ensure their rights and dignity are respected. Although he does this for every species there is.   As you can see, the two roles of Prime Merlinean Baxter come with responsibilites. And though he has magic, the immense responsibility of leading a world while trying to work towards a better and more harmonious future.  

Duties of Prime Merlinean

The first duty is called official congressional conferences. In the bi-annual meetings of heads of state, both the Legendary Guardians of Childhood and Collective Congress of Ancient Power are sessions that require Guardians to attend the two meetings a year.   The second duty is called engagements.   These engagements aren't very much before Chapter 4 and 5, The only thing is the Litha Ceremony for right now.

Apparel/Clothing and Equipment

The Prime Merlinean Outfit consists of a wizarding robe of Blue and Green and Yellow that is of ancient Celtic Welsh design. His feet are covered by brown boots. This was used for official State Functions and Occasions. He also has a rainbow wizarding robe for State and Official Occasions. The Prime Merlinean also has Merlin’s Ancient Magic Staff.
