Accord of Earth, Sky, and Sea
When magic returned to Gaea, Humanity had to change their minds on what was possible/real. Then all governments and royalty gather in the UN Headquarters to make a pact between both worlds. And this is that treaty.
We, as representatives of Humanity (herein referred to United Nations Permanent Representatives) and the Collective Congress of Ancient Power, do hereby commit to a new era of mutual respect, peace, and shared purpose. We recognize that belief is a strange thing and that belief in magic is difficult for adult minds. We also recognize that both sides apologize for the lack of harmony and unity in centuries past. Now, it is time we all gather together to ensure two things. The first being that each side pledges to ensure that both worlds survive and thrive with Goodness and Life and Light. The second being that, from now on, each side pledges our loyalty and respect to each other.
From now on, we dedicate our new shared history in the Second High Age of Ancient Power to Light, Life, Goodness, Unity, Peace, and Harmony. as we live on the same planet from North to South, East to West.
And by the power of two worlds unified, we hereby establish the Accord of Earth, Sky , and Sea
as all now live in peace and harmony for time immemorial.
The United Nations formally acknowledges the existence, sovereignty, and the culture of all beings within Ancient Power AKA The Mystical World.
The Collective Congress of Ancient Power formally acknowledge the sovereignty of the nations of Humanity and recognize that all of Humanity have their own autonomy.
Both parties pledge to continue to ensure this treaty is kept. Should there be acts of disharmony, whether it be magical or human-made, the other side is made aware of not already. And as the connection, Baxter as Prime Merlinean/Chosen One/Guardian of Belief is the go-between both worlds.
To help humans foster a mutual understanding and harmony/peace/unity with the mystical world, cultural exchanges are most welcome to promote respect and harmony.
Both sides commit to protect everyone from the entity/organization named as Darkness which would destroy the belief in Ancient Power.
Humanity, with all nations, agree on protocols for disclosure of realms and species and everything Ancient Power-related to prevent things from being made known while balancing safety and the right to know.
This treaty may be amended only by the consensus of both worlds, in the spirit in which is enshrined in this document.
Signed on this day, by the powers of magic and the human spirit, in the place where all things grow.
