Zaradis and his mages guild bought an estate in Feywild and through the use of magic converted it into a separate demi-plane of Feywild which only they could access. They wished to do so because of security reasons regarding other Feywild inhabitants and because of some more questionable and dangerous magical experiments they did, as part of the research required for the making of some potions and liquor. In addition the estate houses many different types of wizards and sorcerers who constantly work towards improving themselves and their spells… you can imagine how this could potentially get dangerous for anyone who might accidentally get involved. At least this is the plan that will be put into motion once the guild has full ownership of the estate. They committed to paying 100000 gold to the elven house Gladtiri, who owned that particular plot of land. They agreed on a monthly sum of 2000 gold coins over 5 years. The guild has kept their part of the bargain and has been paying the designated price for a bit over 3 years. To expand their enterprise, the guild sent Zaradis as an envoy to secure new trading relations with the Material Plane.
A wine and liquor connoisseur aswell as a wizard specializing in time magic. He is a satyr trader from Feywild who is trying to setup new trade relations for his trade guild Optinum and create the perfect alcoholic drink in the process.
