Missions/Quests Completed

Servants woke up the members of the party in the early hours of the morning after their revelry the previous night. Their triumph over Sseth still fresh in their minds, they made their way to O'Ellennor's grand hall where a familiar figure was waiting for them, Mexelis the Faerie Dragon. He made the adventurers hastily say their goodbyes and pick up their things before they embarked on the journey back to the Nexus. A group of Eladrin builders led by the greatest Eladrin architect of the age, Miniver, accompanied the party.
After the long journey, Mexelis made the adventurers line up immediately after arriving at the Nexus. He named them the Keepers of the Nexus and left it in their care, with Miniver to help renovate it. The architect assured them he could make it look just as majestic as it once had, but he could not restore the portals. Mexelis offered to help, using his powers to search the Worlds for mages specialized in what they need. He landed on the Order of the Jol-Gath and offered to send the party to their world.
The Keepers found themselves in a dark and rainy city high in the mountains. Strange contraptions drove around the streets and blue magical light emanated through the windows of many of the city's buildings. Melvin and Maple asked for directions to the Magi's Tower and soon found it, however, it was closed for the night. Maple flew up to the nearest open window and spoke to an acne-ridden teenager, who was apparently an apprentice at the Tower. He refused to let them in, stating they could come back in the morning. The two decided they would seek shelter for the night and set out to find a tavern.
Meanwhile, a Loxodon monk named Vamoozh managed to astral project himself into the attic of a house in the same city. Convinced he was an avatar of the god Skoraeus Stonebones he set out into the streets to spread his religion. Soon after starting to speak, an old wizard landed on his head falling out of a portal of his own. The duo argued for a while and then decided to find a tavern to get out of the rain and cold. They ran into the Keepers at Golmar's Inn and Resting place. The group quickly realized they were all strangers to this world and spent the night eating, drinking, and bonding.
The next morning they set out to visit the Jol-Gath together. When they arrived at the tower, however, they weren't greeted by a mysterious order of Magi but rather by a highly specialized bureaucratic machine built to inconvenience any visitors. After being sent from office to office and back, they decided they would sneak up to the top floor to speak to the High Portalmancer, Mur Gollach. They used their knowledge of his affair with a different Magi to sneak into his office and then proceeded to convince him to lead them to Archmage Bolrara, the leader of the Jol-Gath.
The Archmage offered her help in exchange for theirs, she asked them to infiltrate another order of Magi, but they offered something even better, that the only portal from the Nexus to this world would go through Gannorran, the city of the Jol-Gath. She let them know she needed to bring the issue before the Hall of Dominion before they can accept.
