Isparine Castle

Isparine Castle sits near the highest peak of the Tuillagh Mountains. The mountains are cold and foreboding. Nothing lives on them, nor in the lands surrounding them. Isparine Castle is the home of the Madjin Circle and ruled solely by Lady Ksaja, sometime known as the Lady of Storms. The Isparine Castle lies within the extreme northern border of Osprey, but most say that those who dwell there follow a law unto their own.
