Talisan, He Who Whispers, Maestro of Mischief, the Mad Cackler, the One Who Sees All, is the God of Trickery. Symbolized by a five-pointed star with curved points. He represents illusion, arcane power, trickery, and shadow

He is not openly worshiped because he is not widely known. The common story is that he is a myth or fable that doesn't actually exist. However, there are many who do believe and worship in secret such as users of the arcane, thieves guilds, and any person who would belong in an insane asylum today. But did the insanity come before or after the worship?

His alignment is Chaotic Neutral. The stories that are passed down tells of the extraordinary generosity giving passers by a large fortune of wealth in exchange for a joke. Other accounts tell of locking people in another dimension and being forced to dance for years only to return the same age as they were taken

This god is the most unknown and therefore pinning downy any element of truth about him is shrouded in mystery, just as he would want it
