Accreditch - Warlock
Only a Warlock who has been in service of an impressively powerful patron could ever hope to become an Accreditch. Not only must the patron be powerful, but the Warlock must also achieve a level of power or a strong enough connection with that patron. Another issue an Accreditch might have at the start is that the Patron may not want them to. While an Accreditch is still attached to their patron, they have the potential to become stronger than their patron and even make it so that the patron is bound to them instead of the other way around
The Accreditch doesn't have a phylactery per say. The final step in the ritual for a Warlock is to make its own contract and siphon off some of its own power and soul to another in the same manner that their patron does for them. They may make their own contracts and grant whichever powers that they are capable of performing themselves. These contracts can vary from person to person and can even have time limits or constraints that the person must perform
The Accreditch doesn't have a new ritual that it must complete every so often like other Lich's'. Simply put, the Accreditch must have active contracts with other beings. If the Accreditch is defeated and killed, they would use the power from their patron to reform back at a pre-determined location. Additionally, all of the contracts that the Accreditch has issued out become null and void. The Accreditch must now start all over again with new contracts
If one wanted to defeat an Accreditch, they would have a couple of options. Primarily, kill it once and track it down to do it again before they can make more contracts. You could alternatively find the beings that have made contracts with the Accreditch and kill them or convince them to renounce their deals. Lastly you could attempt to find and convince or kill the Accreditch's patron so that the initial contract ends and thus the Accreditch loses all of its power
