The glorious empress of the Radiant Empire. Bathed in immense power, she is the ultimate authority of the Radian people. Haughty and aloof, she is rarely seen in public. The mere rumour of her appearing makes any event the event of the year. There is an almost religious fervour in which her subjects follow her. Glamorous and mighty, she rules atop the White Spire in Lumos. Radiant and imperial.

Body Features
Relatively tall for a woman, she accentuates her height with high heels. She is slender and fair. However, upon closer inspection she displays well toned muscles
Identifying Characteristics
One of her most unique features is her strikingly white hair. While her hair appears white on the exterior, underneath there appears a glowing rainbow of colour that dances in the wind. Where this remarkable feature comes from few know—and certainly no one from outside her inner circle.

Personal history
Little is commonly known of Apolla's early life. Born as Celine Conessa of House Bellor, she was the only child of the previous emperor and his wife. What is known is that when her father passed away, this quiet yet proud girl of 16 summers quickly seized the Suntouched Throne and enacted a purge of her extended family to remove pretenders to the throne. This was done so swiftly and completely that there were rumours among the courtiers that she had set plans for this months in advance of her ascension.
She secured the loyalty of the Imperial Guard by unknown means, but what is known is that they have remained fiercely and devoutly loyal. She also spent a fortune on one hundred days of games and bread for the public of the capital, though she has never made an appearance at these games. With the military bought off, the people sated, and the nobility cowed, there was little resistance or argument to her new regime. In the time that has passed since her ascension, she has maintained a distant but watchful eye over her empire.
Years later, she announced that she had daughter which she has raised carefully. Her daughter Silvia is young of 18 summers yet is already an accomplished military commander. She commands the Imperial Guard and has already led several raids against small rebellions, monstrous camps, and criminal undergrounds. She will often attend official events in her mothers stead. Strangely, no one is quite sure who her father is. Apolla has never married, nor has any male suitor been seen near her. There are rumours but only whispered behind closed doors far from eyes of spies.
Education
Apolla received a personal education from a private tutor in her young age. After taking the throne, many scholars and religious authorities from Godrey Seic were invited to teach in private lessons. For a time even the last pope, Pope Phillipe, taught her. Those who left her service spoke highly of her, even before they checked their backs.
She is also known to have studied divine magics and has undergone physical training as well—but no one is sure of what she is truly capable of.
Employment
Having rarely left the imperial palace her whole life, she has worked entirely as the heiress of the empire or as the empress herself.
Accomplishments & Achievements
She is known widely as being patron of the arts and sciences. She has launched initiatives to modernize and reform the empire. While still frightfully powerful, the empire has been relatively stagnant for a generation. Since her crowning, internal trade and industry has increased and she has launched numerous campaigns of trade to neighbouring nations. She has also increased the number of cold-cons in the empire and has increased the presence of soldiers near the borders.
Wealth & Financial state
As empress, she has a nearly infinite amount of wealth both politically and economically. There is little she is not able to acquire. Though in terms of possessions, she does own a significant amount of property and investments.
The Imperial Palace, known as the White Tower, is technically owned by "the Crown", not Conessa, but it is functionally hers. She owns a number of horse stables in Brialet, where the Valdian Horses are regularly bred. She also owns a tower in the College d'Sol, for when she stays during her travels to the prestigious temple/university.
