Fanch is the Easternmost Sovereignty within Kontelezh Kernev, located to the East of the Lordships of Kalanel and Fisel. A true border territory, it connects Kernev with 3 other counties: To the North, the Kontelezh Dreger, in the form of the Biskonti Landreger and the Lordship of Gwengamp To the East, Kontelezh Pentevr, in the form of the lordships of Goelo and Loudeig. To the South, Kontelezh Gwened, in the form of the Lordship of Kost-ar-C'hoad and the Barony of Pondi.Geographic Territory
Fanch is located deep in the Kerchouan Mene, where the mountain ranges of Meneziou Are and Meneziou Du meet. The schist hills of Fanch mark the Easternmost edge of the Kastellin Basin. The territory is divided into two regions: Plin ar C'hrec'hioù to the North and Plin an Diazoù to the South. Plin ar C'hrec'hioù is mountainous, while Plin an Diazoù is made up of moorland and river valleys, with patches of Bocage. Between the two is a vast forest bisecting the region. The Blavezh River flows through Fanch.
