The Call from the Deep - 1. The Greeting
1. The Greeting
- Hear Me now, you who have turned from Me, for now you hear My call from the depths and begin to know.
- I am Irhaz, who is your father, your lord and your final justice. Know that he who denies My call will face eternity in endless nothing.
- In the beginning when We came unto the barren world, We did make it right. The lesser among My Brethren made the Sun, Moon and stars, the mountains and forests and those creatures who dwell therein.
- I, greatest above all others, crafted the Ocean and bent it to My will. My greatness is self-evidence, even cavern-dwellers and desert wanderers fight for My water.
- From the Ocean, did I raise My chosen people and commend them to rule over the land as My lesser creations lord over the sea.
- And yet, in darkest sin do they turn away from their Father.
- Who is he they worship greater than I? For I will smite all false gods by My fury.
- Now, you have relearnt the Old Way from the mountain-dwellers and they spake truth unto you and they did plead unto you to hear My call once more and surely many of their number will be spared my wrath in the End Times.
- And did you see in the realm beyond the world the truth of My call and witness the fate of the false and evil ones.
- And you, who have accepted My call into your lives will surely by readmitted into My favour and your ancestors may also benefit from My mercy, for I am truly the most compassionate lord.
- And unto Myself I will call my faithful at the End Time and We will leave this sinful world, cross the chasm between oceans and begin anew in the paradise I will build for them there in that distant realm.
- I have called out to you and have spake the truth of My law. Obey Me and you will be pardoned for your sins, defy Me and your soul will wander in torment for all eternity.
- First amongst my commandments is thus: go forth and spread My call such that My people may redeem themselves to Me for it is right than many of them should share in My paradise in the world to come and it is right that few of them should torment themselves in the endless void.
