Lady Viola Meadowsweet, later known as the Spring Maiden, was born in the year 1218, only a few scant years after Yule City was founded and before the Altairian Calendar became standardized. Later in her years, she and her animal friends would become responsible for ushering in the Vernal Equinox each year, just as her husband the Winter Orchestrator does for winter.
