Jack Thunder discovers the Air Fragment Stormbringer deep inside a cave on Mt. Tempest while looking for Air crystals for a spell. This leads to the "Staff in the Mountain" incident, where Jack Thunder accidentally creates a tornado while trying to bring rain to the Emerald Woodland. It requires the help of Scylla, a forest dragon living in the woodland, to fix.
