Winter Orchestrator's Castle
Up in the far reaches of Pandora, just a short distance from Yule City, is the Winter Orchestrator's Castle. Dark, spooky, and abominably cold, it is just the right environment for the Winter Orchestrator to conduct the season's weather every year.
Purpose / Function
The castle is the home of the Winter Orchestrator. Inside are all of his machines designed to bring ice and snow to Altairus during the winter months. It is also the final resting place of the cursed copy of "The Fluffer Butters and the Land Without Cheers," which the Winter Orchestrator hid away to prevent anyone else from falling victim to its curse.
Aside from the Winter Orchestrator himself, the only inhabitants of the castle are other Yule goats and roosting moon bats. For some reason, the ones at the castle have predominantly white fur, as opposed to the black-furred Yule goats in Yule City.
Architecture
If the freezing cold doesn't turn you away, the castle's imposing architecture will. It is built like a strong fortress to withstand the harsh weather and threats from outside forces.
Time Flow
Inside and around the Winter Orchestrator's castle, time does not flow the same way it flows throughout the rest of Altairus. In fact, it refuses to flow at all. Or at least that's what it seems.
For whatever reason, the Winter Orchestrator's castle is stuck at exactly 12:00 midnight. Those who venture to the castle will not notice anything askew, not right away. But when they catch a glance at one of the many clocks that line the walls, they will notice that the second hand ticks, but the hour and minute hands remain deathly still.
From the outside, it will appear as if one never went to the castle at all. This makes it an ideal location for planning out complex strategies in crunch times.
