Cult of Youth
The Cult of Youth was a small religious group that resided in the Forest of the Young before The War of the Wendigoes. It centered around the reverence of the child demigod Puer Aeternus.
History
The Cult of Youth was fairly insular in its day, so not much is known about its history. By all accounts, though, its members lived their lives in happiness and beauty until The War of the Wendigoes put an end to it once and for all.
Disbandment
The Cult of Youth was destroyed in The War of the Wendigoes. This put an end to the eternal spring in the Forest of the Young, especially when Puer Aeternus spent most of their magic creating Excalibur and left the Grotto of the Young to pursue the Champions of Altairus in their quest to defeat The Heart of Darkness.
Divine Origins
The Cult of Youth formed around Puer Aeternus when some explorers discovered the youth demigod in the Forest of the Young. It was quickly discovered that Puer Aeternus was the being that was responsible for keeping the forest in a state of eternal spring. It wasn't long before acolytes, looking for a sense of purpose in their lives, began to gather around Puer Aeternus.
