Notes:

A woman with atomic pink wavy hair peeks out from her indigo bowler hat, adorned with a cardinal feather pinned to it. She has a charming square jaw, with glitter sprinkling her freckled face. She enjoys dressing in men's dapper attire featuring gray and charcoal tones but spices it up with gold and silver jewelry around her neck.   In the Steelflags, she is known as a secret seeker. She specializes in getting information quietly and quickly. She controls the spy network within Lebrook.   Her fighting capabilities are unknown, but she might use poisons like her well-known sister, Matilda Crewe.   She frequents a place known as the Copper Tankdard and plays the lute there. However, she doesn’t seem to do business at the location. She primarily operates somewhere in the northern part of the city.

Notes:

She is always draped in a forest-green hood with golden embroidery of Nordic snake designs along her collarbones. The hood unnaturally moves as if something is on her head. Wrapped bandages and leather armor can occasionally be seen through the opening of her cloak. Her lips are a tasty plum color, and her skin is soft olive. She wears a lace purple eye mask that nearly hides her golden eyes.   She is a highly skilled assassin who specializes in eliminating multiple targets. Typically, she engages her enemies from a distance, utilizing her exceptional longbow skills. Known for her use of various exotic poisons in her attacks, she can also temporarily immobilize a person simply with her gaze.   There are rumors that she is either half human and yuan-ti or medusa.  

Notes:

Zane Cromwell is a skilled armorer well-known for creating armor that instantly applies to a user and is just as easily removed.   Zane Cromwell is a co-owner of The Flaming Hammer, which has been flagged as a Steelflags establishment. The Flaming Hammer has a small warehouse in the back, and it is believed that Zane resides inside.  

Notes:

Nor Eel works at the orphanage in the Plage district. She helps with the facility's daily operations and is dating Tielle Locke.   She has been known to participate in bare-knuckle brawls at the Crossed Hammers. There were stories of her nearly defeating the goliath Heartshaker.  

Notes:

Golio Firebeard immigrated to Menione from the coastal mountain town of Reifin in the Oberon Empire. He brought his dwarven weaponsmithing skills to the kingdom. In town, he is known as the go-to weaponsmith for custom axes; however, he can forge a variety of weapons as an expert craftsman.   Golio is a co-owner of The Flamming Hammer and lives on the house's first floor, which is attached to the forge.  

Notes:

He has a long, black mohawk and brown eyes. He wears studded leather armor and has rough golden skin. He has two lip piercings and two-line eye tattoos below his eyes.   Twenty years ago, he ran a slave ring that a group of adventurers dismantled. However, he was never captured and was presumed dead. Fortunately, another group of adventurers discovered that he had returned and resumed operations of a uniquely executed slave ring.   There are rumors that he could be cursed with lycanthropy, a rat. Be careful while capturing him. He is also a skilled hit-and-run fighter and very difficult to pin down.  

Notes:

Amy Hancock runs an orphanage in the Plage district of Lebrook. She operates the orphanage with two of their people: Nor Eel & Tielle Locke.   There was a report filed that Amy and the other workers operated a torture room in the basement of the orphanage. However, upon investigation there was no evidence found.   Amy Hancock hailed from the town of Barjols, which is located north of Lebrook. This town was destroyed by a group known as the Storming Antler, of which Amy Hancock was the leader. However, she was also a victim of a cruel, sadistic hag who lived in the Whispering Hills. After the hag was killed, all the members of the Storming Antler suddenly became childlike. It is believed that the hag had placed a hex on the gang members when they were children. Once the hex was released, the members mentally reverted to the day they were cursed. The Temple of Helm and Leigh Starbringer assisted those affected in regaining a semblance of normalcy.   Amy Hancock still has the druidic powers that the hag had bestowed on her.  

Notes:

A towering figure adorned with intricate tribal tattoos obscures his pale face. He is a muscular man with wild eyes and a menacing grin. Typically, he wears luxurious golden furs and supple crimson-dyed leather. A faint scent of iron always lingers about him.   Heartshaker enters a frenzied rage during combat, driven by a lust for battle. However, don’t underestimate his combat prowess while in a rage; he is surprisingly skilled at executing combat maneuvers.   He is a high-ranking soldier within the Steelflags, and he generally supports Matilda Crewe on assassination missions since he makes for good protection.   While off duty, he can be found at The Crossed Hammers enjoying a good brawl and ale.

Ivelliust body was found in the catacombs of old Pessac. Members of M.O.M. had defeated him in combat.

Notes:

Tielle Locke works at the orphanage in the Plage district. He helps around the facility doing standard maintenance around the household and teaches some of the children those skills. He is dating Nor Eel.   Tielle Locke hailed from the town of Barjols, which is located north of Lebrook. This town was destroyed by a group known as the Storming Antler, which Tielle Locke was a member of. However, he was also a victim of a cruel, sadistic hag who lived in the Whispering Hills. After the hag was killed, all the members of the Storming Antler suddenly became childlike. It is believed that the hag had placed a hex on the gang members when they were children. Once the hex was released, the members mentally reverted to the day they were cursed. The Temple of Helm and Leigh Starbringer assisted those affected in regaining a semblance of normalcy.   Tielle Locke maintained the swordsmanship he learned while under the hag hex.  

Notes:

Sigre Lonenight is a young elf with a charming appearance featuring glistening light blue skin that sparkles like snow in the sun when it's hit by light. He has long, pointy ears with multiple piercings along the helix. His style is fancy, and he carries himself with some swagger. He has a white, dapper fading hairstyle, and an ornate accordion is attached to his lower back while a rapier is at his side.   Sigre was part of a fail expedition into Old Pessac to learn more about the plague. However, the military found out that the expedection failed was because of him. Sigre is a Steelflags spy, and he lured the troupe into a trap that killed all but two.   Sigre is a skilled spy for the Steelflags and his whereabouts are still unknown.

Rowan McKinnon is the brother of the head bishop of Helm, Thormond McKinnon. He is a skilled Fletcher and Bowyer.

Notes:

A stoic, pale-skinned elf has shimmering black hair resembling obsidian. His piercing silver-blue eyes can gaze into the abyss of someone's soul. He consistently wears ornate black leather armor with a pair of daggers sheathed at his back.   Hemol may be the leader of the Steelflags operation within Lebrook. He is known to be located within the Hare’s Foot.   Not much is known about him.  

Notes:

Maria Wheatflow is a bartender at the Hare’s Foot. She is renowned for her mixology skills with a range of liquors. She is also known for being loud and having a short temper. She enjoys sharing exaggerated stories about her exploits.   Maria has curly gray hair and muscular arms with an ornate warhammer tattooed on one of them. Her nose seems to have been fractured multiple times, giving her face an asymmetrical look to it. While in a fight, she is known to be a brawler with a maul about her size.   Before she moved to bartending, she was a bodyguard for high-ranking members of the Steelflags.
